Ideal Boiler Error & Fault Codes

Ideal is one of the well-rated boiler manufacturers on the market but every boiler can have general wear and tear issues.

You may see a letter and number flash up on your boiler display, this is a Fault code.

ideal logo

The codes are designed for you to go on the Ideal website or see the table below to then decide if the issue could be solved by yourself or if you need a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Ideal boilers may even go into a shutdown mode till the problem is solved and the code is removed. Always check if your boiler is under an Ideal Warranty.
